01
One account, one place to see where you are in a course and what's next.
02
Course material is broken into readable units with clear progress, so you always know how far you've come.
03
Short knowledge checks are planned throughout so you can confirm what you've learned before moving on.
04
Your progress and completion records stay in your account, presented in plain language.
These steps describe the planned learner experience. The learning platform is not yet open, and no course is available for enrollment.
Why NY Real Estate Courses
We build for one state. No state selectors, no national catalog, no material adapted from somewhere else.
Courses are organized around New York's subject areas rather than an undifferentiated block of video.
Plain navigation, honest progress, and no dark patterns around payment or completion.
Readable typography, keyboard navigation, visible focus, and sufficient contrast are treated as requirements.
Learner support and instructor access are being designed into the experience, not bolted on later.
We describe what exists. We do not describe approvals, credit, or availability we cannot evidence.
Instructors & support
Instructor access and learner support are part of the planned experience: a clear way to ask a question about course content, and a clear way to get help with your account.
We have not published instructor names, biographies, or credentials, and we will not invent them. Instructor information will appear here only once real people are engaged and their details can be stated accurately.
